Sunday workout

Good morning everyone. I hope your weekend is going great.

My workout this morning was 60 minutes on the elliptical machine.
This afternoon 2 mile walk pushing the kids in the jogging stroller.

And good luck to everyone.

In about 4 hours, I'm going to go to the gym.

30 minutes, eliptical
Stretching
30 Push ups
36 Sit ups

Pretty good for a Sunday! Yay!

I've recently started trying to do yoga. I'd never realized how "stiff" I was. My range of motion is INCREDIBLY restricted, to the point of embarasment. There are people that can tough their palms to the floor, look up and see their backside. I'm lucky if I can touch my knees! Stretching and yoga is REALLY getting me in touch with movement and balance. It's hard to explain, but ... it feels great and it's motivating me to keep doing it.

Don't stretch too hard, though! Don't want to pull anything!

5k hike with my son today. Was a little slow but I did sweat and get out of breath at certain parts, i.e. scrambling over a rock "bridge" to cross a creek.
