Hi RDBhan. We are doing P90X Stretch this evening. Insanity sounds interesting. How do you like it? I didn't think to take "before" pics before I started P90X. I can tell my dd has really shaped up though! I have a lot more upper body definition than before.

Hi Lily,

I am so happy you got through P90X! I knew you would. And if you're doing X stretch tonight, that means you have core, yoga, stretch and done! Great job!

Insanity is appropriately named. It makes Plyo look easy. I'm sore and tired all the time but the workout is so energizing I can't help but do it. You should definitely check it out, especially if you like plyo X.

have had a very busy couple of weeks... back to school errands and MD appts have eaten away (no pun intended) at my workout time. I need to start getting up super early again to workout. That seems to be the most reliable! LOL! Easing back to that schedule:

Today I did a segment of AbHits and a segment of StretchMax. Both are Cathe DVDs.

Hope everyone has a great day!!

Thank you! We are so happy about being able to finish the program.

I did order Insanity but I'm not sure I'll be able to handle it. It sounds scary! And Plyo X is still pretty hard for me! If Insanity makes YOU sore and tired, I can only imagine what I will be like! I plan on trying it out though. I am nervous about it. I will try to take before pics this time.

Crazy HIIT for me today! Did 17 minutes on the bike...every 3 minutes I do a "suicide run" which consists of me cranking the resistance on my stationary bike up as far as it will go and going down one level every 15 seconds. Cycle at 2 for 3 minutes then do it again. I got in 3 suicide runs today and boy do I feel it!!

After that I did level 1 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, adding 5 pound weights in with the cardio sections for an extra challenge.

Also going to be doing some tricep "chair" exercises later. Have to firm up those batwings!

Jamie Eason's LiveFit shoulders and abs this morning.

RDBhan- did you feel well enough yesterday to do your workout? It sounded like you weren't feeling well yesterday when you posted.

Thanks for asking. I did manage to workout on Wednesday, with several extended breaks. I thought I was going to die by the end but I got through. Thankfully, tonight's a rest day

Today I got on my treadmill for the first time in over 3 years and did 30 minutes and did 1 set of 12 reps in 5 different positions with 5lb free weights for my arms - I know it's nothing like what the rest of you do but I have to start somewhere right??
