MORNIN'!

Today is a good day. For lunch, it's leftovers. Beef veggie soup. Perfect for my ice-cold office, despite it being 90+ outside every day. =|

Dinner is a big hunk of pork loin, cooked to a perfect 135 degrees in the oven. At that temperature it's pink, moist, and delicious. Also safe! I can't believe I ever cooked pork past that temperature in the past...no wonder I could barely choke it down. ANYWAY! Will also serve with a pan sauce deglazed with white wine and chicken broth.

Will also have chia pudding/peanut butter after dinner!

Hi Twilight.

Approximately 28, according to the package. I eat 14 in the morning and 14 in the afternoon. Yes, it's ridiculous, I know. But it works.
