It's Friday!! What are you eating?

I haven't seen one started yet so...

Breakfast was jerky
Lunch will be left over fajita's, no tortillas of course
Dinner most likely a salad

Snacks of nuts, pork rinds if needed

Going to have a very filling dinner so Im going to eat lighter for most of the day!
L- 4 slices bacon, 3 oz mashed cauli, 1 oz cheddar
D- Flame grilled burger topped w. mayo pickles & cheese, sandwiched between romiaine lettuce leaves for the "bun"! & 6 oz mashed cauli w/ 2 oz cheddar on the side!
Snacks: Tea/Water, trying not to snack anymore!

Yesterday was a doozy of a day (ended up at a fun park and didn't get to eat dinner till almost 10!) so my day is out of whack.
Skipped breakfast
L- Homemade chef salad with lots of swiss cheese (I have a swiss addiction )
D- Steak and shrooms with sauteed zucchini. Last night we ended up with cheeseburgers since we left the fun park so late so there's steak for tonight!
S- probably some strawberries since we have a LOT to use up

Brokefast at 12:30 with hamburger patty and 2 fried eggs. (2 n-grms)
Lunch will be some jicama sticks, lime juice and chili powder. (3 n-grms)
Dinner will be beef stroganoff over cauliflower and garlic green beans. (11 n-grms)

L: on the go due to a drs. appt and other errands so I had 2 egg muffins in the car and a bottle of water
Snack: still on the go with a friend and went to a movie and shopping after, so an atkins peanut butter bar I had in my purse for emergencies
D: some kind of seafood, not sure yet, with a cup of salad

Throw a couple cups of tea in there with a tablespoon of coconut oil per cup, and that's my day!
