It's MONDAY! What are you eating today?

Still the weekend here for myself and fellow Canadians!! For that reason, I am having a less 'stuctured' menu.

coffee/hwc x 2
chicken salad
2 p.b. cups
chicken wings and green bean fries

Breakfast was turkey and cheese
Lunch will be McD's salad with my own ranch dressing (kids want to eat out today)
Dinner is going to be shrimp, Sea Tangle noodles with an Alfredo sauce I found on here the other day.

Snacks if needed, pickles, cheese sticks

Hi,

Back to fasting till 1pm.
Too many almonds and cream this weekend so I am too afraid to weigh.

After 1pm-2 or 3 eggs 4 b bacon
D-Grilled chicken thighs and cucumber salad
sn-cheese slices ??? avoid nuts and cream!!

lunch-small salad with Ranch and 2 cola thighs

dinner- chicken or steak and small salad w/ranch

snack- fresh cucumber with salt

and as much water as I can drink, which is never enough

Dinner: I'm thinkin.......Arby's roast beef giant sandwich with no bun in a container with horsey sauce! My fav!

Only Atkins lets you eat yummy like this!

Nope, it's not working!
Starving, so I will not be fasting today.
I think I must have really messed things up with my eating this weekend!
10:30 AM-waiting for my bacon to cook.
I will be eating really clean the rest of the day!
I will be adding salmon salad in nori wrap for lunch.

Hi, I'm new but jumping in here any way (I love to see what other people are eating - it keeps me motivated!)

B: Coffee w/2Splenda, HWC, 1 TBS Coconut Oil
L: Small (and I do mean TINY) Cobb Salad (no chicken, I purchased it from Wal-Mart and the chicken tasted very fake) with Ranch, 1 OM wiener
D: Grilled pork chops, salad w/EVOO, lemon juice

I started back on LC yesterday - I've been SO BAD lately

Damage control here too. I went to the county fair yesterday. And while I didn't 'eat my way through the fair'....I had three things I really wanted. I'm done!
