check into some additional supplements maybe. Could be your body is just still really adjusting to that big a weightloss and needs to sleep more right now.

Wow 19 pounds!!!!
That is really great!!
I felt like that for the first 2 month on this WOE.
I just think my body was so sick and working so hard to get better.
I just took it easy and let it happen. I wondered why I was not getting all the energy that everyone talks about.
After the second month it started to kick in as I was almost never tired!!
May I suggest you make sure you are getting enough salt.
Are you drinking any bone broth?
Keep up the good work!

I personally found that while exercising, I was at about 50% for a good 6-8 weeks. Then I gradually improved to pre-levels of performance and endurance. During the day, I never really felt tired.

Nothing is applicable to everyone. Some feel a surge, others do not.

My hunger took a long time to go away -- may 3 months or more. I still feel hungry when I have not eaten in over 6 hours.

I have run into the problem of feeling exhausted and having to sleep too much if I let myself get too low on salt on this woe. So I second Annabel Lee's suggestions about adequate salt and broth.

Any new thoughts

I am also exhausted - been on low carb since May 1st - have lost 25#'s - started exercising three weeks ago hoping it would help - it has not - in fact I'm so exhausted after exercising I can barely make the drive home from the gym. I'm usually too tired to eat and fall asleep. I am taking vitamins and my salt is probably too high - staying at about 30 carbs or less a day. Any help from someone more experienced would really help - I don't know how long I can continue if I can't figure out how to get some energy. HELP!!!

Potassium. When on a low carb diet you tend to have a diuretic effect and that means a loss of electrolytes. I found out I had hypokalemia (low potassium) and since I started the extra potassium I have gotten my energy back .
Now if my dogs would just let me sleep.
