Which Atkins book to buy first?
I am new to low carb, and am currently using the Protein Power books. But I am suspicious that I might need a stricter program. I want to read some Atkin's, but I have to slow down my book acquisitions. I'm a former librarian and books are my trigger food.
![]() Please, any advice on which one to get first? Thanks |

![]() I have used New Atkins for a New You, and liked it, but the most frequently recommended version around here seems to be DANDR (Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution). Good luck! |

Atkins '72 is the strictest of his programs, however, with a good carbcounter book you can easily customize it!
