Salmon salad wrapped in toasted nori
D-bacon, broccoli and mushroom quiche
Sn-a few almonds or a slice of pepper jack cheese if needed and I am pretty sure it will be!

update-
I did not make it to 3 ate at noon.
Did not eat the salmon...forgot that I had left over steak from last night so I had that, toped with butter. Mixed some SF raspberry syrup with some cream cheese as a treat.

Well, I baked chicken for dinner and decided I didn't want it in my soup, so I made some Sesame zoodle soup to go with my chicken. Just threw in a little sesame oil, sesame seeds, broth, and a dash of soy sauce. Zapped it in the microwave for 2 minutes and I had delicious soup! Next time I'll throw in some green scallions and mushrooms.
