What to eat at Cheesecake Factory??

Trying to stay as low-carb as possible (under 10 for the day) so the salads are definitely out. Maybe a burger with no bun and no fries??

Any suggestions?

Island Grilled Chicken (ask for two veggies instead of the rice)
Grilled Salmon
Grilled Mahi
Grilled Tuna

I googled "Cheesecake Factory Nutrition Facts" and found the first link from calorielab to be helpful. Good luck!

Please update, I'd love to know how it goes and how helpful they are substituting pasta/rice for veggies if you choose to go that route!

I wanna know how it turns out too. We're going on vacation in 2 weeks ans we talked about trying that place. I was kinda excited about the lc cheesecake Until I looked up the carb count! To much for me!

Yeah, 11 net carbs is a lot, but if you don't eat the crust, it should be a lot less!

Think I'll stick with a burger and a side salad. According to their nutrition info, their ranch dressing only has 1 carb per serving, so maybe I'll try that. Still sneaking in my own LC ketchup, though.

My local one has an omelet menu that they serve all day! It was very good but I so miss all the other dishes. LC Cheesecake was tasty but I only ate half and didn't eat the crust.

I had the chicken ceasar salad on the skinnylicious menu without the croutons Monday night. It was ok. I have had the salmon in the past with double veggies, no rice and it was very good.

Same here - the piece they give you is big enough that you can split it into 2 servings.

OK Some interesting things I found out when I went today...

First, I called a manager over and told him I was pretty much allergic to everything. This is the only way I've found that they really check what is in their foods. So the burgers have no fillers and no spices containing grains or sugars. So that's all good!

Now the bad: although all of their sauces and dressings are made on premises (nothing comes in a vat and everything is made from scratch each morning), all of their salad dressings and sauces contain sugar within the first five ingredients on the list. I thought I'd let you all know. Plus, if you ask for oil and vinegar, they bring you balsamic, and I know some people have problems with that. I guess depending on the restaurant they might have red wine vinegar, but the one I went to didn't. I did ask if they were OK with people bringing in their own dressings etc, and they said it was just fine. I brought my own sugar-free ketchup.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up since I know its a popular restaurant to go to!!

Cheesecake/Grand Lux

Sorrry just saw post. We eat at both often and yes everything pretty much has sugar. I get the ahi tuna served with salad. Soemtimes salads with no carrots, croutons, etc. The SkinnyLicious Menu is not really very sugar free unfortunately so I often just get grilled meat and customize the sides to a sllad and low carb veggie. They also have the protein breakfast (but took it off Grand Lux menu) which is grilled chix, toamtoes, spinach and scrambled egg whites. I always refuse dressings, anything with soy, etc. I ordered a case of vinegar packets thru Amazon as well as EVOO packets and travel everywhere with them as balsamic is too sugary for me. (Braggs used to make them too but stopped so its Heinz table vinegar for me!) I also bring green tea packets (Reishi) brand as I hear that some places do not brew fresh tea and their mixes actually contain sugars and cornstarch
