WEAK RESOLVE?
2 HELPFUL things when you hanker after the "Good Old Days" that got you to where you are now:-
THE MEN WHO MADE US FAT. A BBC series of 4 programes. Don't think you've seen them all when you view on You Tube because they have divided the 1st programme into 4 short viewings. The 2nd aired on Thursday- available still on BBC IPlayer- but as yet I don't know how many parts You Tube has cut that into. THE INTERVIEW BETWEEN GARY TAUBES AND MERCOLA. This was highlighted by another member and she has a link to Listen on You Tube. It was a very long listen but KEEP LISTENING as it has some excellent points. I intend sitting and listening with my husband, hopefully the word DISCIPLINE will crop up less frequently afterwards!!! I will certainly do as I've suggested as I now know why I would happily forgo healthy foods for unhealthy desserts, icecream and sweets etc and why I could not stop eating fruit once I started!"
