Do you mean, you work nights and sleep during the day?

I worked that shift for 2 years, and it did not do me any favors. I actually became quite ill because my body never adjusted to eating in the dead of night. But many people work nights and never have a problem. Just depends on your body.

If all you mean is taking naps, then nope, that shouldn't affect you at all. Naps are great!

I think we'd all be much nicer people if we could nap during the day.

I always wish I could crawl under my cubicle in the afternoons and have a littl siesta.

I absolutely have to have a nap every afternoon...can't function unless I do! I have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and T2 diabetes too, both of which make you feel tired/lethargic. I asked my doctor about naps after I started taking my thyroid medicine, because I always felt "guilty" for taking a nap every day but she told me to stop feeling that way, that naps were good for you - if you need one, take one!

Your body also does amazing things while you sleep...like healing, re-energizing, and isn't it cool that we don't feel pain when we sleep either! In fact, I'm about to take my afternoon nap after I'm done posting this...sweet dreams!
