Back on Atkins Induction After a Two Days of Cheating

I cheated a few days (not in a row) and I've gained 4-5 lbs. I went from 146ish (I normally fluctuate between 145 and 147) to 151.0. Tue was the last day I cheated so Wed and Thur I ate good and I'm only down to 150.2 (could be water weight). I did walk last night so I'm assuming that's what pushed me down to 150, but I only ate bad last Sat and Tue. I'm doing induction till I get down to 140, but since I got back up to the 150's, I feel like it's going to be a b**** to get down to 149 and so forth. Any tips? I am getting my water in.

Just did the same thing. A couple of days away and I feel like s#!t.

Putting it behind me and moving forward.

Avoid any liquid other than water; going all protein for a couple of days and eating lots of it seems to get me back on track.

when i have a cheat i usually do the meat and egg fast for a couple days---and drink lots of water----this all helps me get back on track fast----helps get rid of those cravings brought on buy all the carby junk and sugar----hate when i do this, feel like crapolla the next day
