My window is from 6pm-10pm but I rarely eat past 9pm. This works great for me and I love the freedom on not having to pack food to take to work.

I agree!

I have a 4 hour eating window between 3 and 7pm, and eat low carb during that period. In 3 weeks I've dropped 13lbs, and have never felt better in my life. Amazingly, your body gets used to not eating, and by the second week the thought of eating in the morning was very unappetizing!!

I also incorporate the JUDDD WOE whereby I will have one days calories around 500, and the next around 1200.

I have found IF to be great for getting those extra few pounds off that have been hanging around for over a year. I had tried everything else and this was the only thing that got me moving in the right direction again. That being said, I do a complete 24 hour "water, tea" fast 3X per week, from breakfast one day till breakfast the next. This is extremely effective for fat burning combined with my low carb diet. It has also helped me to mentally get a handle on my issues with food, not to mention it has completely healed my facial dermatitis that I have been suffering with for 2 years. I am in the process of reassessing my goal weight, but I may only have to do 1 or 2 fasts per week to maintain.

I'm going to try it too. Since upping my fat intake, decreasing my carbs and protein (and being VERY careful to keep tabs on every bite going in my mouth), I find I'm not hungry or searching for food much anyway.

Thanks for posting that article, Carolyn.

Right now I'm combining JUDDING and an eating window of 8 hours.
