Dessert - YUMMO!
I don't know if anyone has tried this or not, but oh my gosh is all I can say.
See Linda's site below for "Individual no bake strawberry cheesecake." She adapted this recipe from Rachel Rae. I can't remember, is it ok to post links or not? If not, sorry! INDIVIDUAL NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE DESSERTS - Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes |

wow, that looks delish, but I can see why I have to avoid those desserts...and why so many people "stall" on totally "legal" low carb recipes. That's a lot of calories on the kind with the crust! At over 400 calories for an individual serving...whoa. I would not be losing any weight the day I ate one of those. That's like 1/3 or 1/4 of your total daily calories. Even without the crust, it's still high for weight loss. Guess it would be OK in maintenance, or for a very, very occasional treat (like a holiday, maybe.)
Why does all the good stuff have to be high calorie or high carb or both ![]()
