B - 2 eggs scrambled with salsa and guac + coffee and cream S - cheese stick if needed L - Lemon pepper tuna salad over greens D - Going to happy hour with a girlfriend so most likely chicken wings!! Mmm! 100oz water at least! |

Thursday, Thursday! Oh boy oh boy.
Lunch: Leftover sautéed cauliflower/bacon, with 2 additional oz. of bacon cooked up and added on top. 2 hard boiled eggs, coated in Trader Joe's (excellent) Everyday Seasoning. Dinner: You guessed it--spice-encrusted, roasted pork loin! The fiancé and I are polishing off the last hunk of a giant loin we bought at the beginning of the week. 11.5 oz, with 6 oz of broccoli on the side, smothered in 2 slices Swiss-American cheese. Oh, also will be making pan dripping gravy with heavy cream and red wine. Amaaaaazing. 1334 calories for the day - 6 g net carbs

I don't eat 3 meals a day... usually 2 plus snacks. so...
- 3 sausage patties, 2 poached eggs, coffee with h&h - snack of yellowfin tuna packed in oil - 1 cup (ish) of lean ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a bit of chili pepper, topped with 2 poached eggs and more coffee and h&h I intended to have a meat + egg fast day in preparation for an event on July 1... but I hate black coffee! maybe I will do better tomorrow. I feel like avoiding cheese is really the important thing but we shall see.

Morning everyone!
B- Coffee w/ 2 sf creamers L- OMM w/ cheese and butter S- 2 string cheese (if needed) D- 4 slices bacon, 1 1/2 sliced cucumbers with 4 tbs ranch, and 2 oz cheddar cheese Snack: Diet sprite/crystal light mixture on ice = 1,180 calories, 21 total carbs, 12 net carbs. Plus at least 3 liters of plain water! |

B- Some plain greek yogurt (about 4 carbs worth) with two diced strawberries, a shot of Strawberry Da Vinci Syrup, and a little PureVia. Had a few bacon end pieces on the side with a leaf of lettuce. I'm still dreaming of that bacon.
