HELLO 170s!!!!!

After eating way too much (but all legal) food the past 2 days, I got on the scale and it said 179!!!! I have been trying to break out of the 180s for a couple of weeks to no avail.

My highest weight, 2 years ago was 230. I lost down to 210 or so by being a silly, non-compliant diabetic. This is NOT a good nor healthy way to lose weight.

Loving being back on low carb. I ate a big ol' steak yesterday and LOST weight!!! YEAH!!!

This is the first time in a couple of decades I have weighed this little. 51 down...40 to go!!!

That is fantastic!
It always amazes me that we can eat steak and lose weight!
I wonder how many I have to eat before I get to the 170s too?
