wow ya'll make my exercise look pitiful lol. With my Fibromylgia my workouts aren't that tough. wii fit yoga and strength training

Not doing exercise is pitiful. Plus, don't underestimate the WII. My heart races when I do the WII. And I have no coordination to do the P90s or Ripped. I've lifted caveman weights all my life, so it's not jumping off the edge for me.

I did a late-night weenie 1.5 mile run. Still, I've been off of the horse a few days. Felt good to run again. Had a nice pace too!

Also did some bodyweight squats and pushups.

I couldn't agree more. Doing anything is better than nothing, and doing your best is the most important thing. It's you against you, not you against anyone else.

Incidentally, you don't need to be coordinated to do P90/P90X. My wife (whom I adore) is living proof.
