Saturday Workouts!
The gym was like ghost town today. I guess due to being a Holiday Weekend
Anyhoo, I got my work out in today 30 min circuit training 30 min arc trainer 20 mins lower body and abs I'm thinking about cutting the lawn. But its 92 degrees outside so will see how much it cools down later. |

nada!!
ran around all day-- walmart, an animal rescue event, kid stuff, pool... if I can get my act together, I may do a short yoga dvd after I get the kiddos in bed. |

Saturdays are my off day, but I do all kinds of work around the house/yard. Burning calories but not much cardio, but I like the day off to let my body recover and get ready for another week of workouts.
