B4 and After Pictures - ROUND 3

Hello,

I know there was an old thread started with before and after pics, but it has been a while since a newer thread has been created and I'm quite sure there has been more successes since then and I hope you all would share your transformations with others here, as I am one of those people who get motivated by others success on top of my own drive and motivation. I'm not ashamed to say that I don't have any after pics as I would continue to lose and gain the same weight while doing a successful Induction and then sabotage my efforts and never really gave the Atkins plan a try by the book. So here I sit again with a renewed mind, lots of encouragement and support to get healthy and slim.

Can't wait to see all the fabulous transformations and share my own!

Have you looked at the "inspirations" (before and after) pictures behind the "Faces of Low Carb Friends" link on this website (before you get to the bulletin board messages)? I've found that looking at those are very inspirational, and even if they aren't new and I've seen them before, I'm heartened when I go through them again.
