The Thai Curry was awsome. And low carb. Can't beat that

You can buy their sauce at the restaurant? I love the parm garlic wings but live 30 miles away and can not get there often - would rather make my own at home anyhow. I have to get some!

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
I believe they sell ALL their sauces. I will often use the mango habanero (not low carb) on a boneless, skinless chicken breast at home.

You know? I forgot they sell their sauces too! That might actually be a fantastic idea for me... I LOVE their parmesan garlic sauce (and their wings, but GEEZ they're expensive!!) but they always coat them with so much of it that they're just too salty for most day's sodium allowances for me. It'd be great to be able to use my own amount and save some money in the process

As long as you stick to the unbreaded ones, you'll be okay Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't fry theirs in a batter or coat them in anything before frying... it's just the skin that makes them crispy. That's the regular bone-in wings though. The boneless ones are definitely coated and VERY carby!

Whenever you're in doubt, ask a place if they bread their wings in anything before frying them and if they say yes you can always ask if they can make yours "naked" or without breading... never hurts to ask

I'm just scared to eat them because it's so hard to stop after a reasonable serving

I got 6 naked and 6 Spicy Garlic! Although EVERY single sauce had HFCS or sugar in it. The SG were one of the ones where the sugar was towards the bottom! Although I LOVED the naked ones the most! It was like KFC (original recipe, but without the breading!)

Aren't most buffalo wings fried w/ a breading over them? If I'm wrong, I will be so happy!

Nope, not at Buffalo Wild Wings! Only the boneless wings there are breaded... the other ones are completely carb free until you add the sauces They simply drop them right into the fryer, skin-on and that's what gets them crispy!

Any other restaurant you would have to ask them if they bread their wings, and if so if they can prepare them without the breading. Never hurts to ask!
