Friday Workouts!!

6-mile run this morning...I usually do 5, but ended up running an extra mile with a friend. Felt good!

FYI. You guys won't be hearing from me for a week or so. Off to Europe on business, but don't worry - I'm bringing my sneakers. Envision me running in Hyde Park in London!

I envy your running numbers, wiz. I'm slowly working myself into a running regimen. I've barely been at it a year, and injured myself halfway through, so I've kind of been off my game for a few months inbetween.

I did 2.06 mi this morning. 10:33 pace, which felt pretty good. Still trying to find a good equilibrium.

Early this morning. Neanderthal Triceps workout. 50 crunches. 50 leg lifts.
Lunch. Walk 2 miles.
Afterwork. Of course..walk and play with the dog again.

I also envy the runners. I take 50 steps and I'm bored. I can run 2 miles in a racket ball court swinging like a mad man, but running in a straight line..no can do.
