Lindt 90% cocoa dark chocolate bar...though it has some actual sugar in it (the 4th out of 5 ingredients) I can eat a small amount (1 or 2 squares, max, a day)
That amount satisfies my sweet/chocolate tooth completely without triggering additional cravings and without stopping my weight loss. |

I eat more cheese, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt than most people doing low-carb--in part because that's familiar food to me after being largely vegetarian for 40 years. I might conceivably lose weight faster if I didn't eat them, or ate less of them, but I'd probably not stick with eating low carb so well if I cut them out. And I have been losing 1-2 pounds/week, so I'm fine with my current pace. Sugar and artificial sweeteners, on the other hand, do stall me completely, so I'm not doing any sweets other than berries and melon.

I, too, can do the Lindt 90% without repercussions. I never do more than 2 squares/day, tho.

I seem to do fine with any liquid sucralose sweetner and do enjoy my Mio drinks. ( I avoid powdered sweetners and aspartame like the plague )

Sweet peas. I love them, and they areone of my go to foods.
I can also eat breaded things like Wendy's chicken nuggets and still lose. |

Diet Dr Pepper. I absolutely love the stuff and I have drank it from the beginning. Although in order to make sure that I do not neglect my water, I made a deal with myself. For every diet soda, I have to drink one bottle of water. I suck that water down - really just to get to the next soda! Hey, it works though.

I lost 95 pounds consuming diet sodas, cheese, Atkins products, and artificial sweetners. Now something has stalled me at less than ten pounds to goal. Not sure if it is one or all of them or I've just stumbled upon my critical carb limit.
