It's SATURDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all.
Brekky: Two boiled eggs and a black iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. Lunch: Mushrooms, onions, garlic and basil sauteed in butter, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, baked until melty and delicious served with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Dinner: Roast lamb with spinach, broccoli and sugar free mint sauce. Snacks if needed: Babybel, two chicken drumsticks. Plus lots of water. |

Boo! My mozzarella had seen better days so I switched it for parmesan, still yummy.

My man picked me up a food scale and a food processor today as mothers day gifts! I'd been talking about buying them today but he beat me to it
What a sweetie! He's going to be jumping on the paleo wagon with me, but is going to gradually eliminate foods from his diet first. I'm excited!So, armed with my new food scale, I start my war on this fat tummy and thighs! ![]() Breakfast: coffee and 1TBS coconut oil Lunch: 6oz chicken cooked in 1tsp EVOO with cilantro and chili powder/cumin and 1TBS lime juice over 1 loosely packed cup torn romaine, 2TBS green onion, topped with 1TBS light italian dressing and 2C(prior to cooking) broccoli on the side ( I was staaaaaarving!) Dinner: Shrimp and Mahi Mahi, 4-6 oz raw each, cooked in 1tsp coconut oil. Probably not any more veggies today, I pigged out earlier but still under 10 net carbs. We will see! It seems like I'm eating so much more today than usual, and I think I am. I'm getting way less calories than I have the past couple weeks and I feel great! Yay for my food scale!!!! |

B- 2 eggs scrambled in 1 t butter with a laughing cow light. 1 chicken sausage.
L- vanilla protein shake with coconut milk ( beverage, not can) 2T HWC, and protein powder. 2 mini sweet pepper poppers w/ cream cheese and bacon. D- homemade carrabbas chicken Bryan, zoodles with butter and some grated Parmesan. |
