Way too much time on my hands!
|
i postponed Dr. appt till 7/28/12.
I need more time. It is not for me alone. I need to show her that ATKINS works, for weight loss, diabetes and blood lipids; it bloody well better!!! I said I will be in Jersey every weekend from now until the end of July. Lying...it is what Ferenghi do with impunity. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I am missing something. I thought you had been doing low carb for ages now. And your tests should probably come back fine from you being a low carber all this time.
Whatever the story, good luck in wowing your doc with good test results! |

i HAVE been doing low carb for some time
HOWEVER, I am plagued by binge disorder, and it does not take much binging to undo what i HAD accomplished on ATKINS. I have no problems with lieing anyway. George Costanza is my lying guru. FF

Flat- I know how you feel (and I'm sure many on this board do as well). In the past, I've postponed many doctors' appointments because I just couldn't face the scale, knowing that the weight would be higher than recorded on my last visit.
I know your problem is complicated by diabetes (all my siblings are Type 2), so I wish you well in getting everything under control. As you know, controling your BS is critical, and low carb eating is the best way to do that. You were doing so well before this last 'slip,' and I know you'll be magnificent! Best wishes for good results on your next vist! |
