curried goat
How many carbs do you think a small serving of this may be. I cant seem to find any info anywhere. that is what I had for lunch. No sides, no nothing, just the meat and a bottle of water. that was the best choice they had here today. I did not want to do the pizza topping things because that always makes me crazy afterwards.

Goat curry? Where are you for lunch? I love goat curry, I think it is a great rare LC delight! Is the issue that there are potatoes in it? If there were, and you didn't eat the potatoes, you probably just got a few "extra" carbs...nothing to worry about. Otherwise, carbs are mostly from the cooked down onions and tomatoes and a few more from garlic, ginger, and spices. I would eat goat curry over pizza topping too

Yummo! I want some!
I agree with Steady. Aside from the potatoes, it shouldn't be very carby. I make it at home without potatoes and eat it with coconut cauli rice. hmm, might have to make some this weekend |
