Truvia Stall?
Has anybody experienced a stall or slowing down of weightloss and been able to associate it with Truvia (or stevia & erythritol) intake?
I don't use any artificial sweeteners (except the Davinci syrups once in awhile) and use Truvia as my sweetener of choice, and I'd hate to have to give it up. |

Same here
I use truvia or solely erythritol/stevia combo in baking and have not stalled. Maybe a slower weight loss but...
I have couple tablespoons+ a day..sometimes more if im having a treat.. I LOVE erythritol stevia combo.. And truvia tastes great in things but i dont love it like on strawberries etc...alone |

I use Truvia (about 5 packets per day usually) and it hasn't caused any issues.
