Friday, yay!
It's gloomy outside here. As usual, Free Lunch Friday at the workplace. This week it's "build your own" chicken tacos, along with a huge slew of crap that I can't even begin to touch (tamales, beans, Mexican rice, corn/chile pudding, etc.) So the plan is to grab a buncha chicken, cover it in cheese, lettuce, and guacamole. Eat. Dinner is probably going to be some sort of eggs. Because I love eggs. Ohh, maybe deviled eggs, because I love them that much. Mmm. Or fried eggs! The possibilities are endless! No macros for today; just gonna eat intuitively. CAN SHE DO IT, FOLKS?! |

Way too much time on my hands!

BKFST: ZERO. LUNCH: something ATKINS/Induction friendly DINNER: chinese: shrimp/broccoli with plenty of garlic, large order of ribs/no bbq sauce.(maybe a small order in addition) I always get my chinese dishes w/o sugar, corn starch, or flour. I can make my own bbq sauce if i want. i am almost always too hungry to bother. (btw-i usually opt for breakfast free days to keep the calorie count down. In addition to that i do a 9:00pm or 21:00 hr curfew, after which no solid food is consumed). I have discovered that even on VLC & Metformin, if i were to have bkfst, it does not prevent me from a large lunch and outrageously large dinner. For me, this is the only way. Good afternoon all! I got the job - woop woop! Had the interview at 10am and the happy phone call at 4pm, I'm so happy!!
Anyway! Brekky: Mock danish with toasted marshmallow Da Vinci and butter topping. Lunch: Gammon steak with a fried egg, mushrooms sauteed in butter and kickin garlic sauce. Dinner: Chicken breast in parmesan cream sauce with green beans. Don't think I'll need snacks but maybe a peperami or a cheesestring if needed. Plus lots of water. |
