WOE: Low Carb Living.

5 weeks down! UPDATE
and I Have lost..
IM still losing about 1.25 a week. So I cant complain I been working really hard at it too I go to the gym thurs,Fri,sat and sunday.. and Tuesday night I work out at home.
Monday and Wed Im off.. I mostly do cardio. trying to burn off this fat.. but going to throw some weights in there soon.
I still keep it pretty much to 1200 calories and under 20 grams of carbs..
except the few times I screwed up and calculated wrong.. but 96% of the time. Im good.. So IM hoping to keep this going if not get better.
T.O.M. running a little late. but could be because of working out.
but its coming. but suffering a few days now.
I have to lose 2.7 more pounds before 5/15 to keep me on my schedule for vacation!! Im crossing my fingers..

Congrats on your weight loss so far. Actually you and I are pretty close to the same weight with roughly the same goal weight. Also we are both in South Carolina!!!Therefore, maybe we could be buddies on here. I am new to this site but not new to low carbing and have also struggled with weight loss. Just curious as to what you are doing and what kind of foods you eat.
