Website or Phone App Help

I am looking for a website or a phone app that I can plug in what I eat, so it will keep up with the carbs for each day. Now I would love to have a app on my phone, so I dont have to go to a website each time I want to input something. If anyone knows of anything please leave me some input.

By the way I have an iPhone.

Thanks!!

I use and LOVE ************. It has a very good database, you can add custom foods and recipes, and there's a barcode scanner for your phone, so you can scan in what you're eating and it enters the information for you.

I'm using ************, too. I have not been using it for long but I am impressed. You can access it on your computer & there is also an app for iPhone. I have it on both my iPhone & netbook.

I'm not sure if you can do everything on the app that you can online. Some things - like changing goals - are easier for me on my netbook. The changes made on one sync right away to the other.

Oooh, I did not know you could scan the foods! That will be great!

It tracks both. It also tracks protein, fat, sugars, fiber, etc. You can set a carb goal if you want, too. It will show the goal you set for the day, how many you have had & it you are under or over.

You can also remove whatever macros you don't want and add whatever you want. I don't do low carb, so all I have tracking is protein and calories, but you can choose just carbs, or carbs and fiber, or whatever.

I also use Lose It! It tracks the nutrients that you want. It's an iPhone app (free I think) and you can also access by computer. It has a bar code scanner as well and it's pretty simple to enter your own foods if you know the nutrient counts. I eat a lot of custom foods because of my food allergies so I mostly enter my own stuff.

I really like *********. It's free for iphone and also has the scanner. You can also have it figure net carbs which I really like.
