It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all.
Brekky: Mock danish with butter and toasted marshmallow Da Vinci instead of splenda and cinnamon. This was my first attempt - didn't love it, didn't hate it. A good option for keeping breakfasts varied and not having to eat bacon every day lol. Lunch: Baked mushrooms stuffed with sauteed onions, garlic and mozzarella served with mixed leaves. Dinner: King prawns stir fried with yellow pepper, courgette and pak choi in garlic butter. Snacks if needed: Peperami, cheesestring. Plus lots of water. |

Happy Sunday.
Today's food: Tea w/ hh, some with brewer's yeast, some with inositol powder. 2 oz. Swiss cheese, 1/3 c. cottage cheese with brewer's yeast. 1 oz. Beef bologna, braised, with 2 eggs. 40 g. I've never tried them but I was interested too so I googled lol. They look very rich but a nice indulgent treat, will have to save the recipe for post Induction.

B-2 egg omelette w. feta, cheddar and bacon bits, cup of coffee, w. hwc and stevia
L-out for a party ate lots of cheese, prosciutto, olives, water, (crust of some bread w. lots of butter) D-(still out from party) steak w.some cream sauce and mushrooms, water dessert- 2 chocolate almonds, 5 small chocolate mints few slip ups today-hope I wont pay too big a price tomorrow. |

Lunch was a bunch of sashimi, a low carb sushi roll, and salad with peanut dressing + a miller lite and glass of cabernet sauvignon (I love this sushi restaurant! Everything they make is amazing)
Dinner was a bit of roast beef topped with guacamole, plain greek yogurt, cheese, and hot sauce |

Breakfast (at 5pm!) Was the nastiest McDouble EVER, it had extra EXTRA salt poured on it, needless to say 1 bite which got spit out was it, plus a nasty email sent!
Lunch in 40 minutes will be of chili and cheese sticks. Snacks of jerky and nut if needed. And the coffee pot here is broken!! And I totally forgot the Fat Bombs in my fridge!! Last edited by Gibbs; 04-29-2012 at 08:00 PM.. |
