60 lbs gone forever
Well I just realized it's taken me 2 years but I've officially lost 60 lbs and surpassed my goal weight ...I'm so happy ... I have to stay greatful because sometimes I get so caught up in the little flecutatations and little things that I forget to see the big picture ... I think we're our hardest critics and I'm going to take some time today to be proud of myself for sticking this thing out. Zz thanks for everyone support !

I'm so happy for you! We have similar stats, though I am shorter. Last fall I did weigh around 112/115 FINALLY after two years of work.. then hit a stressful point in my life with school/family/work and slowly gained back to where I am now. Your progress is very inspiring to me to get back down to where I was!
Remember to be kind to yourself! I was so hard on myself when I got to my smallest size, to the point of obsessiveness about the weight fluctuations throughout the day and disordered eating patterns.
Don't ever forget all the tremendous things you have done for yourself and your body. 60 pounds is an amazing accomplishment!

i am defrosting a shell steak in your honour tonight.
