Thanks for the congrats. I've been doing JUDDD for about 5 months. On my down days, I keep very low carb. I try to stick to protein and some LC veggies. On up days, I'd say I average about 70-100 carbs, unless I choose to eat a really carby dessert that day!

I made a commitment to change my WOE in January of 2011, so I guess it took me about 15 months to lose 37 pounds. It feels like the time went by very quickly, but I guess it doesn't sound very fast for someone hoping to really shed the pounds quickly. I see it more as a lifetime commitment. Had I not changed my WOE from standard American diet, I'd likely be even heavier than start weight now. So what if it took 15 months? I got here... eventually. Now comes the challenge of keeping it off.
