Oh I know!!! Just walking PAST it and smelling it you get drawn in! I walk on the other side of the sidewalk just so I DON'T have to breathe it in!

April 10, 2011 Sunday
Feeling fat-no, huge!! Hit rock bottom today. First day of "hot weather". We took the dog for a walk. I put on a sweater vest over a black t-shirt to hide my huge-#%*s stomach. Took it off at park-too hot!! I was miserable because I was worried about how fat I looked. Everybody looked so happy to be out in the sun and it was the most miserable day ever!!! I look so sloppy! Hate feeling this way. Can't wear layers all summer-I have to stay focused on what I want! 199 on the scale today.



Thought you would get a kick out of that! Journaling has proven to be very beneficial because when I reread my entries, I remember how I felt at the time.

I will not go near a soft pretzel shop for the rest of my life!! If you are reading this and you don't understand, go to one of my previous posts entitled, "Getting It Back Together" and you will see why soft pretzels are the "enemy"!!

We were saying that we could probably melt these extra pounds off by staying away from the LC PROCESSED foods and eat from the outside perimeter of the grocery store. It is really working for me!! Only processed thing that I am consuming is sugar free jello! Back to basics!!! I would say very low carb!

They are so delicious! I love going to the Amish shops in Lancaster to get a pretzel wrapped hot dog. Well, I loved that in my pre-LC days.
