Good morning!!

making gluc bread today (thanks Michelle for the recipe) and think I will try to use it as a pizza base - cheese/sauce/gr.pepper/onion/salami
crock pot pork on gluc bread (sort of a pulled pork sandwich)

Happy Hump Day!

B: coffee with HWC - have not had a proper breakfast in three days. might make a fried egg at least, just have no appetite

L: taco salad: beef, lettuce, salsa, cheese and guacamole. I will be out of taco beef today and I have tons of guacamole left and no clue what to do with it!

D: hubby coming home from 2 day trip! hopefully he will be here for dinner. might grab takeout. no clue what yet!

S: protein shake w chocolate whey and almond/coconut milk
