Even a few pounds

makes such a huge difference to me. I've been slipping and picked up 3 extra pounds, but at this weight it seems like a huge difference - my pants are tight, I feel bloated, and I hate it. Strict induction next week will hopefully take it off. I just never thought such a small gain would make such a big difference.

Could it be that what you ate is more the culprit than the weight? Like not being able to tolerate a certain type of carb, which then created the bloated feeling?

But your journey from before to now is amazing, and the ability to keep it off all these years speaks volumes.

And to talk it out, get support and happily for you, in probably a week or less, everything will be in balance again, that will be great!

Keep posting so we know how you are doing.
