Anyone trying to keep weight up?

I knw this is probably an annoying question, but is anybody having trouble keeping their weight up on LC? I am not. i can put on weight easily, just want it to be muscle. im probably best off at about 200 and solid. maybe a silly question n a weight loss forum, but i think i have read about some guys in particular having this probem. just curious, thx.

This is pretty long...though thorough ....read through to the end. There is some great information. Some of his fears about carb cycling and weight gain seem to reflect some of your fears/questions.

T NATION | Carb Cycling Codex

It doesn't mesh with super low carb diet ,but he is also carb phobic. He also recognizes that weight loss and building muscles are sometimes at odds.

Interesting.
