Low carb books (if one does not own them all already!). There are the classic must reads (like Gary Taubes or Life Without Bread), and cookbooks (I have heard good things about some of the low carb/paleo/Primal cookbooks out there).

If money isn't an issue, there is the bacon of the month club! Yum! Also, cheese of the month I like the idea of getting a yummy surprise in the mail each month.

It's a little thing, but I really want those things you can hard boil eggs in so you don't have to peel the shell. You could always include a bunch of gadgets like that as part of a gift basket.

My cousin told me she was trying low carb and, that Christmas, since she was just starting out and not ordering anything online, I bought things she couldn't get in regular stores like Chocoperfection bars and baking ingredient stuff at Netrition, and I put it all in a big gift bag.

I think books would be great too. After all, reading this stuff and learning/understanding it is THE most important part (in my opinion).

Ninja blender or vitamix (these are WAY expensive) stevia, protein powder, sf flavorings, almond flour, guar gum, xanthan gum, cookbooks are always great. I also like the meat/bacon/sausage of the month ideas. That is a fun gift that lasts all year.

I like the idea of a new set of fancy kitchen cutlery. I do so much more cooking these days, and a quality knife makes a huge difference.

Or maybe a side of beef?

What about those funky low carb chocolate bars? Can't remember what they are called but they sound good!

Or small bottles of various Davinci/Torani flavors.

A gift certificate for a homecooked, gourmet low carb meal?

Hand Held Julienne Peeler.....Fantastic for making Zoodles---ie.long, skinny shreds of zucchini to look like noodles..>stir fried with onions +spices. Eat them just like that...or if you can have the extra carbs, add a sauce red or cheese...

...also use this little jewel to julienne the Chayote into a cool salad.

I bought one for my unit sect....we talk alot of low carb food topics....she is a great lady.
