dizzy

Hey there-
I am on day two of re-induction and feeling a bit dizzy...
I know to expect the headaches, etc. as part of the induction flu, but is dizziness normal?

It happened to me - not sure exactly why, but induction made me dizzy all the time!

Luca, meat broth, more liquids in general, potassium salt, etc., might take care of that. I didn't know about those when I went ketogenic and found dizziness a problem. Had to get up slowly and watch my balance.

I find beef broth a great help, daily, for feeling strong and steady.

All the best to you.

Yes very normal and the new Atkins book suggests to drink broth and/or add extra salt to your food until it passes.

I still get that now sometimes, especially in the summer and extra salt always fixes it.

Wow, what a coincidence!! I just started back to induction yesterday too, and was really dizzy today. I remember this from before and know it'll pass.

Didnt' think about the salt. I'll add more tomorrow, and thanks for the suggestion!!
