What is the best tasting Stevia?

Whats the best tasting and lowest carb stevia that people like? I want to get away from splenda. I hear liquid has lower carb than powder cause of the fillers.

I've tried Nunaturals powder, it does have an aftertaste. Good mixed w/ xylitol as long as you use a light hand. I have also tried Sweetleaf vanilla cream, pretty good but again using too much ruins the taste.

If you can find Stevia in the Raw, it's great. Not overly expensive, nice and sweet and less than 1 carb per packet. Oh, and it's all natural - which is really important to me.

I'm with alligator.

Sweetleaf is the best tasting and the most available, sold in stores as well as netrition. I've tried various brand, but they're not as consistent as the Sweetleaf brand has been. I like their packets, powders and their liquids.

I vote for NuNaturals NuStevia packets. Stevia in the Raw comes in a close second and much cheaper, but NuNaturals taste better.

addendum: you are right about the fillers. I think maltodextrin is what gives it the one carb count.

Stevia in the Raw had a strong aftertaste for me, pretty much like artificial sweeteners do.

Stevia in the Raw has either Dextrose or Maltodextrin added just like it is added to the Splenda packets.

The NuNatural No Carbs Blend Stevia Packets uses Erythritol as the bulking agent, which I prefer. I also use the NuNatural Pure White Stevia Extract Powder the NuNaturals Clear Liquid Stevia.

It's NUNaturals liquid vanilla flavor for me...heaven. I think the vanilla cuts the aftertaste for some reason.

I bought the NOW brand Stevia liquid and it's not that great. I used the packets before and they were great! I forgot the name brand though :/

Sweetleaf is the one I prefer. Just stevia and fiber.

NuNaturals Alcohol-free liquid stevia is the only good tasting stevia I've had.

Another NuNaturals fan here - I buy the NuStevia No Carbs packets and also the bulk, which comes in a little 3.5 ounce plastic jar.

I've tried SO MANY brands and forms of stevia - some were tolerable, some were terrible - but for my money, I'll stick to the NuStevia 0 Carb products.

Same here! It is also what Lauren of Healthy Indulgences recommends, and uses, in her great recipes!
