Thanks everyone!

Here are some pics. The one to the far left is from 10/2006 a few months before I started. It was taken at a family get-together my mom had, and I'm trying to hide behind poor Darla kitty. The one to the right of that one was taken Labor Day weekend. The pic to the far right was taken this past Saturday. The room was dark (hotel bar) & the sofa I'm sitting on was the same color as my sweater & dress so I blend in & it's sideways, but you get the idea.

What did your daily menu look like? How often did you exercise?

Is there lots of loose skin? Do you plan to have skin removal surgery? (It doesn't look like you have any but ya never know)

It must be like night and day to you from being your heaviest to now. Going from 'cover up' clothes to very feminine and stylish clothes. Your whole life must be really different.

Wow Jennifer, you are truly an inspiration! I would love to hear your story as well. No matter what, you look amazing and I suspect feel the same. Have you considered writing the Atkins foundation to tell them of your success? I am sure they would want to hear.
