TUESDAY - workouts?

I got in 3 this morning and will do another 2 at lunch. Gym after work and 2 miles with DS after that!

THat should state WEDESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG what is wrong with me today????????

Have taken to running with my 9 year old daughter every afternoon...starting yesterday. She is playing soccer, and decided that she needs to "get in shape" (her words) and asked me if I would start running with her. Did it yesterday and today...bout 1/2 mile each day followed by 20 min of stretching. I hate running...but I feel I owe it to her if it is what she wants.

Hump day Wednesday is nearly over!!
