Wow you guys are the best. I have something in the crock pot that I normally eat over rice, but I'm gonna give the grated Cauliflower w/ butter a try. Sounds great.

Cauli rice has saved me! I mix it with my food, and I don't even taste the cauliflower. It's a nice addition and looks like rice.

HI!
B: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 bacon slices, 1/4 avocado, coffee w/ coconut milk
L: Salmon patties w/ mayo and 1/4 avocado
S: Sliced bell pepper
D: 1 bacon slice, 1 piece mahimahi cooked in bacon, 1 chicken/apple sausage

It was a "clean the fridge" kind of dinner

Today, I ate...

Pre-workout snack: 1 tbsp Sunbutter with whipped cream (canned)
B: Overlapped with lunch, so I suppose "b" stands for brunch in this case? 2 extra large eggs with 2 hot dogs, minus the bun of course! ;p I put it all on top of a romaine-Spring mix salad, with a red wine vinaigrette on the side.
L: Uh, didn't really have a lunch. See B.
S: Japanese green tea from Costco with whipped cream from a can
D: Roasted pork shoulder with romaine lettuce, spring mix, and a red wine vinaigrette.

I made this last night, not to bad. I tend to like raw cauliflower more than cooked which I didn't know until now. But I can handle it. Thanks
