Still in ketosis after eating fries!

This isn't the first time I've done it as an experiment, to see exactly what my body will handle. I've discovered that I can eat a small serving of french fries at the diner without it effecting ketosis at all! I always test 1 hour after then six to eight hours after and the color on the stix is still the same. Does anyone else have this experience? Funny, because if I eat a banana, I'm out of ketosis within an hour. Oranges and potatoes my body seems to do ok with. Weird!

Eating fries isn't something I want to make a habit of...white starch fried in veggie oil isn't healthy in any way, but its nice to know when I go out with friends I can have a few without it ruining my week!
