I'm finally back!
Not sure if you guys remember me...but, to keep it short, this is my little story:
I just had my first baby on November 20th . My pre-pregnancy weight was about 175 (I had gotten down to around 155 at one point, but had fallen off the wagon for various reasons, ). Anyhoo! I gained around 30 lbs. during pregnancy, leaving me around 205. I am now 184...and ready to get back on track! I've been eating moderately low carb for about a week now. I would love to start induction..but I'm breastfeeding. I'm sure there have been tons of threads on this, but does anyone have any advice/experience/knowledge of doing Atkins while breastfeeding? Much appreciated, and glad to be home! ![]() ETA: I forgot about the search option. I'll check there for advice on the breastfeeding.

I think in the new Atkins book it recommends pre-maintanence for pregnancy/breastfeeding. You'll need more dairy and more veggies. You can probably make lower carb choices on these do well. When I was breastfeeding I was told not to lose weight faster than 1 lb/week.
