THAT is my new favorite quote! I love it!

Whenever I'm really beat during my workout, my trainer tells me to keep going because "Today is the day that tomorrow is gonna thank you for!" He has, like, a million little sayings but that's the one that really gets to me.

While we were at a family wedding during my second or third month on the diet, my brother looked at me when they started serving the cake and said, "Don't trade what you really want for what you think you want right now." It's kind of corny but I still remember that moment whenever I'm tempted by some luscious-looking off-plan food.

I really like that!! I will have to remember that one cause anything with sugar in it REALLY temps me and after I eat it, I usually instantly feel disappointed in myself for giving in!

can we make this a sticky?
So many nice ones here.

Those Who Say It Cannot Be Done, Shouldn't Interrupt The People Who Are Doing It!

"Nothing Tastes as Good as Thin and Healthy Feels"

'Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.'

Get back on plan & it will come back off almost as quickly as it came on.
Or you can give up. But no one ever succeeded by giving up.
You can do this - we all slip & slide at some point or another. But we only succeed by getting back on the horse

Don't mind criticism. If it is untrue, disregard it; if unfair, keep from irritation; if it is ignorant, smile; if it is justified it is not criticism, learn from it.

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

saying no is like a muscle, you have to work it and it gets easier.
