Someone recently posted that Kroger has a good LC yogurt. I haven't tried it, but plan to after payday.

I too don't have a Kroger near me but while traveling his summer I look up and there is a Kroger store. I had to pull of the street and go buy some of the Carbmaster Y. It was sooooooo good! I have plans to be in that area again shortly and plan to take a cooler to bring some home.

Kroger, Smith's, Ralph's I think they're all the same. The one I get is called CarbMaster - I usually only get vanilla or peach and it's awesome! I usually have one a day.

I don't care for the taste or texture of the low carb yogurt. It feels weird in my mouth.

I like either homemade or because it's affordable: Dannon WMilk Yogurt, Plain. Then I sweeten it with either liquid SNL or liquid Splenda syrup and 1/4 of an apple or a couple TBSP of pomegranate or blueberries with some Crispy Walnuts and Chia Seeds.

Love this for breakfast. Beats the lowcarb yogurt hands down!

I eat lots of kinds of yogurt many days, and often choose an 80-calorie option, one with the fruit in it.

The trick in these low calorie/carb yogurts is to stir them well until they are silken and creamy again. I think they sort of set up into a soft 'tofu'-looking solid, or kinda' like a soft custard, until they're stirred up again.

I started eating Stonyfield's Organic Plain Cream Top (full fat) yogurt. I have a couple of spoonfuls, toss in a few berries and whiz up with my immersion blender, add some vanilla protein powder, ground flaxmeal, metamucil, sometimes some hwc and maybe some nuts. It's great!

Carbmaster is my favorite, very filling, a good amount of protein, and I get them on sale 3 for a dollar.

Kroger carbmaster is great. I would also make my own, but I don't know how.

I also like the Stonyfield Organic Full Fat, that was mentioned above. However if you can afford a few more carbs, the Fage Total Greek Yogurt (full fat, plain) is absolutely delicious. I got the idea from Sugar Free Sheila, and I love the thickness and tanginess of it. I like it plain, or sweetened with some stevia and a few berries.

If you can't afford the extra carbs, my mother-in-law likes her LC Dannon yogurt, but she adds a couple tablespoons of whipped cream. It's really good like that!
