coconut flour or almond flour????

I use the Bob Mills coconut flour and made a really good cake, but I had ordered some almond flour, it doesn't say the carb amount on the bag or fiber amount...does anybody know the counts for almond flour and which one is better to bake with.
I like the coconut flour because it has only 10 carbs per serving but 6 grams of fiber...
just wondering if almond flour has around the same amount of carbs??

I don't know, but I have a bag of coconut flour that I bought a while ago because it sounded good, and I have no idea what to do with it! So, can you share that recipe?

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp of baking soda
6 eggs
1/2 of grapeseed oil - or 3/4 cup butter melted
I used about 30 drops of ez-sweetz
1 tbls of vanilla

I sifted the flour, salt and baking soda together in a bowl
mixed eggs, grapeseed oil, ez-sweetz, and vanilla
then put altogether and baked at 325 for about 20 minutes, I just watched it and took out when done....

icing
1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 oz of cream cheese softened
2 tbls of butter softened
2 tbls of unsweented cocoa
4 drops of stevia
15 drops of ez-sweetz
1 oz of unsweetened chocolate melted (i used the 73 %)

whip hwc until stiff
beat cream cheese and butter, then blend in cocoa and sweetner
carefully fold in the whipped cream, melt chocolate and mix in with spatula...
I have a pic of it on my facebook page called low carb healthy journey

I didn't get to use this until I was at GOAL cuz it would just stop my progress in losing weight. The serving size is 2 tablespoons and it has a whopping 4net grams of carb for that much.
