Just took a great hour-long run through Hyde Park, saw the sun rise over the Serpentine. Awesome weather over here!

I just did a 2 mile walk and wil do 30 minutes of Winsor Pilates this afternoon. Decided to head out early to beat the rain that is forecasted.

Did fasted cardio this morning, back and chest at work, and steady state elliptical this evening for 1515 calories burned!
