Miracle Noodles...?

Hello,
I came across their website and they sound pretty good but I was wondering if anyone has tried them and what kind of texture do they have ...FYI..i'm inquiring about the ones made w/ fiber not tofu.

Thanks in advance!

Just do a search here at lcf-there are numerous threads going back quite a few years here about them.

I only know about the ones made w/yam root...or yam flour...we don't seem to have the tofu ones here.

I really like them and use them like regular pasta noodles. I do rinse and heat on very low in a frying pan to dry them up so they'll absorb the sauce I'm using. They are a little rubbery but nothing like I've heard on here. Maybe the tofu ones are more rubbery.

There is whole thread on this in the Atkins thread under diet plans.

Enjoy,
Deanne

miracle Noodles

We eat these Miracle Noodles tht are made fron Konjac fiber. We like them with peanut sauce as they resemble the noodles from Oriental dishes. You don't even have to cook the but you MUST rinse them. They smell rather fishy from the package and have a consistency similiar to a rice noodle. You can order them online and they are pretty pricey. Check expiration dates too becase I got some that were supposed to expire soon. Also, they come in small packages.

I was eating them in my soups years ago but they would actually stall me, which is odd because there are no calories in them just fiber.
