I think tonight I'll just do a light session of crunches, pushups and free weight upper body stuff.
I say light, because yesterday I lost track of the time and ended up exercising for 1.5 hours, so i'm a little more sore than usual :P. |

Me!! Will be walking this evening. It is finally cooling off enough after dinner to get out for a walk. Starting out slow, so I will walk for a mile (maybe 2!).
